Our Sauvignon Blanc wine is produced from grapes grown exclusively on our property.
We handpick and harvest our grapes only during the coolest part of the morning to ensure
a premier quality wine. The wine is a perfect balance of rich varietal character with
grapefruit notes on the palate. The 2005 Perioplli Sauvignon Blanc is a dry wine.
The Merlot grapes are handpicked, at the peak of ripeness to produce a wine that is perfection.
Only 100% Peripolli Vineyard grapes are used in our 2004 Merlot. We use the punch down and stir
method to extract the maximum color and flavor, and a moderate temperature for the fermentation.
It is then aged in French Oak for 22 months before blending with approximately 8% 2004 Cabernet
Sauvignon wine prior to bottling. We believe that only great wines start with great fruit and want
the best fruit in our wines.
The 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon is a special selection of grapes from three Napa Valley vineyards, hand
picked, and hand sorted before crushing. Grapes from Stage Leaps and the Rutherford Bench Appellation
makes our CAbernet Sauvignon outstanding.
